Prep Is Everything.

Ask any honest painter: the finish is only as good as the prep underneath it. We never skip it. Every project starts with cleaning, scraping and sanding failing paint, patching and repairing, caulking gaps and seams, and spot-priming or full-priming as the surface requires.

It's the step that separates a paint job that looks good on day one from one that still looks good in year eight — and it's built into every estimate we write, never an upsell.

Why does surface prep matter so much?

Paint fails from underneath. Without proper washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming, even premium paint peels early. Prep is what makes a finish last.

What does your prep process include?

Depending on the surface: pressure washing, scraping and sanding failing paint, stucco and wood repairs, caulking gaps and joints, masking, and spot- or full-priming before paint.

Do you prime before painting?

Bare, patched, stained, or glossy surfaces always get primed with the right primer for the material. Sound, previously painted surfaces in good condition may only need spot priming.
